You can pay your nonimmigrant visa application fee in cash at either of two banks in Indonesia: Standard Chartered Bank and Permata Bank.

You must bring your passport or a copy of your passport's bio page to the bank when you pay the visa fee. At the bank, you must write your passport number, fee payment amount and your telephone number in the U. S. visa fee collection slip available at the bank. After receiving your payment, the bank will give you a receipt.
