Overview

Once your visa is approved, you will receive an email/SMS notification from RPX at the email/phone number you provided when you scheduled your appointment, notifying you that your passport is ready for collection or to be delivered to you.

Changing Delivery Options

Click here to change your delivery options. You may change your preferred document delivery address online or through the call center until 11:59pm on the day of your interview appointment.

Collecting Your Passport/Visa

RPX provides "Hold at Location" facilities where your passport is held for pick-up in case your delivery address is not serviceable by RPX. You will see a list of RPX locations when you schedule your appointment and may choose the most convenient location from that list.

RPX will hold your passport for 15 working days. If you do not collect your passport within that time, your passport will be returned to the Embassy/Consulate General that processed your application.

Effective November 8, 2021, some pick-up services and home delivery of your passport/documents are considered Premium Service and appropriate fees will be charged depending on the pick-up location selected. Pick-up passport/documents at the RPX Palbatu Jakarta and RPX Surabaya remains free of charge. 

All fees must be paid prior to pick-up or delivery of your passport. You will receive an email notification, then you may proceed to pay the Premium Delivery Service.

  • Once the cost is obtained, you can do the payment via transfer, debit card or cash at RPX counter. The RPX bank account number is CIMB NIAGA KCP METRO PONDOK INDAH A/N PT ANTAREJA PRIMA ANTARAN A/C # 800142229100.
  • Please send the payment transfer proof via email to RPX cashsale_support@rpxholding.com  to get the Official Receipt (OR). In the email, please provide information of applicant’s full name, contact number, passport number, U.S. Embassy location (Jakarta or Surabaya), drop-off location (if you are applying under Interview Waiver) and complete delivery address with zip code that you have chosen upon scheduling the appointment. You will obtain the Original Receipt (OR) via email within 20 minutes. For bulk payment, you will receive Original Receipt (OR) for each applicant.

Supporting Documents

  • To collect your passport from RPX, you must present a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID (i.e., Resident Identity Card, Temporary Stay/Resident Permit or Driving License).
  • If a representative is collecting your passport on your behalf, the representative must present:
  1. A copy of you and your representative’s valid government-issued photo ID.
  2. An authorization letter signed by you with stamp duty containing the following information:
  • Your name and passport numbers.
  • Your representative's name.

Additional documents:

  1. A copy of your family card and an authorization letter signed by one of applicants if you are a group of immediate family.
  2. A copy of your family card and an authorization letter signed by one of your parents if you are an applicant under the age of 16.
  3. An authorization letter with company letterhead signed by person in charge if you are a group of the same company/travel agent/manning agency.

PLEASE NOTE:

Failure to produce the above documents may prevent your passport from being handed over to you or your representative.
