Crew Visa Program
The Crew Visa Program (CVP) is a program managed by the U.S. Embassy/ Consulate in Indonesia to facilitate visa services for registered companies whose employees travel to the U.S. frequently on business or for short term work.
All CVP appointments must be made using a company’s designated CVP Login.
Companies participating in the CVP program must register with the Embassy/Consulate and obtain a CVP login id.
Procedure to apply for CVP Appointment
Step 1: Access the form DS-160. Complete your DS-160 application online. Save often to your desktop! answer questions as thoroughly as possible before submitting, as incomplete forms may not be accepted. Print the DS-160 barcode confirmation sheet at the end of the DS-160 application. After you have printed it, email the confirmation page to yourself so you have a backup copy. The file is a PDF file, so you will need Adobe Acrobat on your computer to open it.
Step 2: Pay the MRV application fee. With rare exceptions, every applicant, including children, must pay a non-refundable fee of USD 140 application fee in INDONESIA RUPIAH equivalent (IDR -1,260,000) for B1/B2 and F, M or J Visas, USD 150 application fee in INDONESIA RUPIAH equivalent (IDR -1,350,000) for H,L,O,P,Q and R Visas, USD 390 for E Visa. Important Note: If you have paid the fee at Permata bank, it will take 4 hours from the time of purchase for your fee receipt to be processed. In case you have paid the fee online you need to wait for 1 day from the date of purchase. Then you may proceed to step 3.
Step 3: No less than four hours / 1day (depending on the mode of payment) after you pay your MRV application fee, you can return to this website and click on ‘Schedule/ Change my Appointment’ on this page. You will need to provide three pieces of data -- the Unique identification Number (provided by the bank on your MRV fee receipt or generated at the time of creating your profile), the passport number and the 10 digit alphanumeric barcode number from the CEAC (DS 160) confirmation page copy -- in order to schedule an appointment.
