Hours of Operation

English-speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Australia Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) Monday through Friday. Callers from the United States can reach the call center between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and between 12 midnight and 2 a.m on Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). The call center is closed on U.S. holidays and Australian holidays which are observed by all consular posts.
