Overview

Once the National Visa Center (NVC), the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) or the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt has scheduled your interview appointment, you must choose between providing a delivery address where you want your visa package delivered, or a Mail Boxes Etc. pick-up location where you want to collect your visa package after issuance.

You should specify your document delivery option prior to your interview.

In order to register your delivery option, you will first need to create a profile. After logging into your profile, please click on “New Application/Schedule Appointment”, select “Immigrant Visa” and then “Immigrant Visa Delivery Registration”. Be sure to print out the confirmation page at the end of the process and bring it with you to the interview.

You will need your Immigrant Case Number to enter your document delivery option. Your Immigrant Case Number begins with “FRN,” other capital letters, or a calendar year.

If your visa application is approved at the conclusion of your interview, your immigrant visa package will be returned to you by one of the two delivery options described below:

  • collection from the pick-up location in the consular city where your visa application is processed - this delivery method is free of charge.
  • Premium Home delivery - your documents will be sent to the address indicated on the courier partner's platform via UPS delivery services. There is an additional fee for this delivery option, which will have to be paid upon selecting the premium delivery option on this page.

Note: If you choose to have your visa package delivered, please note that the courier service delivers documents only to addresses in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland and the Netherlands. Personal pick-up form the Consulate is not possible.


​​​​​​You may modify your delivery address or your delivery option until 23:59 the day before your interview appointment. We strongly advise you not to change the delivery option or delivery address after the time limit. Any changes to your  delivery address or delivery option after this time limit will lead to a delay in your passport delivery. 

If you need to change the delivery option from pickup to Premium Delivery, please proceed as following:

  •  AFTER the passport is released by the US Embassy/Consulate - you will have received an email containing your ISL number; in this case, please visit: https://gtspremium.com/#/redirect-shipment in order to complete the payment for the home delivery and register your delivery address; do NOT use your UID when making this payment, please use the ISL number received.
  • BEFORE the passport is released by the US Embassy/Consulate - please go directly to
    https://gtspremium.com/, enter your UID, select the correct number of applicants
    and complete the payment and address registration.
