Overview

If you were issued a 221(g) letter and instructed by the Embassy to submit additional documentation for further processing, you should submit those documents to document pickup location, which will deliver your documents to the Embassy.

As of November 1, 2021, all documents sent or received through the majority of Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) branches will have a cost for collecting or receiving documents.
