English and Standard Arabic speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. local Kuwaiti  time and 3 a.m. to 11 a.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States.The call center will be closed on holidays observed by the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
