Overview

If you were issued a 221(g) letter and instructed by the Embassy or Consulate General to submit additional documentation for further processing, you should submit those documents to a DHL document collection office, which will deliver your documents to the Embassy or Consulate General.

Immigrant documents can only be picked up from the Victoria Island location in Lagos. Applicants will be notified by email and SMS when their documents are ready for pickup

The DHL document collection office locations shown below are authorized to accept and deliver your documents to the Embassy/Consulate General. There is no fee associated with this service.

Premium Services Port Harcourt Location: Applicants may  choose the premium delivery (Port Harcourt), please note that the cost of this service is N5000 (Five thousand naira only). To drop off or collect your passport  at the Port Harcourt location, you must present an original government –issued photo ID and a photo copy. If someone is picking up on your behalf, the representative must provide a proxy letter signed by you and a government issued photo ID and a photo copy.
