INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

  1. This deposit slip must be used to make your visa fee payment at any Nepal Investment Mega Bank branches or Nepal Investment Mega Bank ATM.
  2. Print one copy of this deposit slip. DO NOT PRINT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP. Take the printed deposit slip with you to pay your fee.
  3. In the Nepal Investment Mega Bank branch, please complete the NIMB limited deposit slip, including the CGI Reference in the 'Applicant Reference No.' field on the deposit slip.
  4. You can schedule your interview within two hours of paying your visa application fee.
  5. Once you have paid your visa fee, please return to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/np/. You will need to enter the receipt number, as displayed on your receipt.For ATM payment use the CGI Reference Number printed on deposit slip

  7. Your visa fee payment is non-refundable and must be paid in Nepalese Rupee.
  8. Your visa fee payment receipt in non-transferable and therefore cannot be used by anyone else.
  9. Once paid, the applicant must make an appointment. The payment shall be valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
