- Print one copy of this deposit slip. DO NOT PRINT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP. Take the printed deposit slip with you to pay your fee.
- In the Nepal Investment Mega Bank branch, please complete the NIMB limited deposit slip, including the CGI Reference in the 'Applicant Reference No.' field on the deposit slip.
- You can schedule your interview within two hours of paying your visa application fee.
- Once you have paid your visa fee, please return to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/np/. You will need to enter the receipt number, as displayed on your receipt.For ATM payment use the CGI Reference Number printed on deposit slip

- Your visa fee payment is non-refundable and must be paid in Nepalese Rupee.
- Your visa fee payment receipt in non-transferable and therefore cannot be used by anyone else.
- Once paid, the applicant must make an appointment. The payment shall be valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
