Payment in Person

DO NOT PRINT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP. Each member of a family or group should be considered as a separate transaction. You must print a unique deposit slip for each transaction. Please note that every deposit slip has a unique barcode and “DOSAC number”. When making group payments, you MUST PRINT a new deposit slip for each individual applicant. Take the printed deposit slip with you to pay your fee. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt.

IMPORTANT:

  1. USE A COMPUTER and EXPLORER, GOOGLE CHROME or MICROSOFT EDGE browser to access the deposit slip as listed below. Select the applicable deposit slip and then PRINT THE SELECTED DEPOSIT SLIP IMMEDIATELY. Bring this deposit slip to a New Zealand Post shop offering payment services to make your payment ON or BEFORE the deposit slip expiration date shown on the printed deposit slip. You will not be able to make the payment if you present an expired deposit slip to New Zealand Post.
  2. When you make a payment in person at a New Zealand Post shop offering payment services, the receipt is not activated immediately for appointment scheduling. Please refer to this link for receipt activation timeline in order to schedule your interview.
  3. The MRV fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You should ensure that the correct deposit slip that matches your U.S. visa type is selected before making payment. You should also determine whether or not you require a visa to travel to the U.S. before making payment of the U.S. visa processing fee and/or submitting your application.

After you have paid the visa application fee, the New Zealand Post shop will issue a receipt for your records. Save your receipt. It cannot be replaced if it is lost. You will not be able to schedule an appointment without your receipt number (MRV ref).
