Student/Exchange Visitor Program
OverviewRepresentatives of student and/or work programs, or educational institutions are encouraged to contact the Embassy to set up group appointments at the following email address: SingaporeVisaAppt@state.gov. At that time they should also request a Student/Exchange Visitors Program Logon, which will facilitate the group application process. Representatives should be prepared to discuss estimate number of applicants and proposed interview dates. Embassy staff will contact you shortly thereafter via email with additional details.
How to apply for a Student/Exchange Visitor Appointment(follow this procedure after you receive your log on code)

Step 1
Pay the MRV application fee. (Payment help and fee information.)
Step 2Complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) form.
Note: It will take 4 hours from the time of purchase for your MRV fee receipt to be processed. Then you may proceed to step 3.

- The ten (10) digit barcode number from your DS-160 confirmation page
