If you are a national of Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, or Yemen and were denied a visa under P.P. 9645 between December 8, 2017, and January 20, 2021, and did not receive a waiver under P.P. 9645, you may be eligible for relief under the Court’s Order. As of August 14, the United States Embassy Copenhagen in Denmark resumed certain nonimmigrant visa services, including: F/M/J, C1/D, I, O, P, E, H1B/H2B, L, and very limited B1/B2 services all in accordance with applicable Presidential Proclamations.  While the Embassy aims to process cases as soon as practicable, there is likely to be increased wait times for completing such services due to substantial backlogs. The MRV fee is valid and may be used to schedule an interview appointment in the country where it was purchased within one year of the date of payment.
